TOT FUSTA is a young company, in full development, which is dedicated to commercial furnishing, in small businesses, bars and shops of all kinds, as well as to the integral reform of houses, flats, villas, etc. Made-to-measure carpentry for end customers and commercial installations: cupboards, counters, display cabinets... All with a modern design, and within a radius of action throughout Catalonia.
Context
For a company like TOT FUSTA, which offers a made-to-measure product, everything they do is an added value, so as not to enter into a price war. The standard furniture is already available to anyone who wants it, in large supermarkets.
Solution
A nesting machine from HOMAG, with an outfeed conveyor. This is the first numerically controlled machining centre to be added to its factory, where it does have a sliding table saw and an edger.
Ferwood's Solution
TOT FUSTA could not afford a new machine. They opted to buy a completely overhauled machine from FERWOOD, which guarantees correct operation. As they did not have a sectioning machine, they considered that with a nesting machine they could cut and machine on a single machine, which is ideal for the type of work TOT FUSTA carries out, as 85% of their product is made-to-measure furniture.
